Mr. Jayesh Dadia a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, is the founder and Senior Partner of the firm with over 44 years of experience in the profession. He has extensive knowledge of the Income Tax Act, Companies Act and Audit & Accounting Standards.He has handled various assignments relating to Special Audit of Government undertakings, Concurrent & Statutory Audit of the Banks. He has worked comprehensively in the field of income tax representation in Appellate proceedings, Settlement Commission, Income Tax Appellate Tribunal. He has also handled assignments of due-diligence, corporate restructuring and investigation work.
Mr Rahil Dadia

Mr Rahil Dadia is an Associate Member of Institute of Chartered accountant of India with an experience of 15 years. He is involved in statutory audit – tax audit and internal audit. He also handles assignment of valuation of business and shares.He is also qualified as an Information Systems Auditor.He appears regularly before tax authorities for assessments. He also possess knowledge of indirect taxation such as sales tax, service tax.
